Landing in Athens Georgia
It’s been a long journey toward our arrival here in Athens Georgia. Much of our time since Prescott has been spent searching for a new home that’s closer to our families. We also wanted to find a place where we could engage in an active alternative music scene. It’s an exciting feeling to find such a place and to finally land here.
The time we’ve spent traveling has given us space away from our events to introspect upon our music, while listening to the sounds and interacting with the musicians we’ve encountered along the way. Our album which features many of our friends from Prescott has been touched by the sounds of our travels. We are now searching to find how Athens works its way into the mix. I can almost hear the music playing as I type, waiting to be discovered: sounds of the earth, sounds of space, experienced through imagination and arriving into motion.
