Our Dance events are an ongoing exploration in sound and movement. We encourage participants to discover there own unique approach to experiencing the music and moving their bodies. We provide a safe and creative environment to explore movement and consciousness, while giving dancers the space to invent their own experiment in dance. There is no right way to dance at Sentient Rhythms. Nothing is too absurd or too simple. We encourage participants to uncover the depth’s of what ever it is that moves them to dance; and to take that direction as far as they can. Because Sentient Rhythms is a collective experiment, the experience of each dance is unique and determined by every person who attends. Join us as we explore improvisational, emotionally-charge explorations of sound and movement.
